Hi! I'm the owner of San Diego Massage & Esthetics, and I've spent over 20 years doing what I love—helping people feel better in their bodies and more confident in their skin.
As a licensed massage therapist, esthetician, and medical assistant, I've had the opportunity to work in both therapeutic and medical settings, giving me a unique understanding of how the body, muscles, and skin all work together.
My background in orthopedic and medical massage has also influenced the way I approach skincare. I love combining hands-on techniques with advanced treatments and technology to achieve natural, healthy-looking results. Whether you're coming in for chronic muscle tension, jaw discomfort, skin concerns, or simply some much-needed relaxation, my goal is to create a treatment that's right for you.
I'm always learning, exploring new techniques, and finding ways to bring the latest advancements in skincare and wellness to my clients. I believe great treatments should be both effective and enjoyable, and that taking care of yourself should never feel intimidating.
After more than a decade of running my own business, one of my favorite parts of what I do is the relationships I've built with my clients. I truly enjoy getting to know each person, understanding their goals, and helping them feel their best.
